Crystal Sedore is the Housing Manager for Yale First Nation in Hope, British Columbia. She has been working for and on behalf of local First Nations for over 20 years.

In partnership with Metric Modular, a modular home construction company located nearby in Agassiz, BC, a 6-plex and a 4-plex have been built in factory to create modern, healthy living spaces for band members. These units have been constructed to meet the rigorous “Passive House” standards, regarded as the most energy efficient standards in the world.
