Neil has focused on the research of the thermal performance of building envelope systems, including for the Building Envelope Thermal Bridging Guide, The Low TEDI Guide and numerous other building studies. This information has been used to help develop policies within the BC Step Code, Toronto Green Buildings Standard and NECB 2017.
